Good day, The best way to do this is to have a VPN Interface on that router. This will help you access it remotely, simply because with LTE you won't have a static public IP. I can help you achieve this easily. I am ready to start immediately. Sincerely

Hey there, since the wap is on LTE network (over CGNat and no valid ip) , the possible solution is to tunnel to some device that have static ip and from there access back the router on car. contact me for details. Regards.
