I’m looking for technical writers or experienced specialists who can provide 10-15 interesting to read and high quality How-To articles on a specific IT-related topic that you want to write about.
Terms:
1. Price I'm paying is $1 per 100 words / $15 per 1500 words article. You are paid 24-48 hours after each article is verified.
2. Length of each article: 1300-2000 words
3. Please do not participate if you have no prior technical IT writing experience. I do not care if you have written excellent work about cooking and fitness.
4. You are able to deliver 1 article per 3 days, (2 days for an extension may be possible in certain cases). Once you start, you must commit to delivering all 10-15 articles (we'll agree upon the exact amount and topics before commiting).
5. All the content you provide must be plagiarism-free. Once submitted, you give up the publishing rights to the content. You are not allowed to showcase the articles in any publicly available freelancer/professional portfolios. If you need a recommentation, contact me.
More Details:
- Font (In case of all subjects): Verdana 14 Body, Verdana 16 Sub-titles, Verdana 18 Major Titles. Courier New 12 font for the contents of code blocks in programming articles.
- Images: Related images and diagrams are allowed, but in case of programming, no more than 2 images per article
- Code Blocks: no more than 5 lines of text/200 words per one code block. You may (and should) have more than one code blocks per article.

How this works?
You propose the general topic you feel you are competent to write about (C++, Java, Javascript, Perl, Bash, PhotoShop, Windows 10, JUNOS, Cisco IOS, etc...).
For instance, you tell me that you want to write about PhotoShop CS. If I like your topic, I give you an initial assignment to write about a more specific thing on the subject (i.e. PhotoShop CS: Using the Brush Tool and Creating Custom Brushes).
I verify your initial assignment:
- If the quality is not a complete crap but also not very good: You will be paid, but we will not contine with any further assignments.
- If the quality is great, you will be paid for the initial work and you will be given an opportunity to write 9-14 more articles.
For a start, I will pick 3 freelancers.
