We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English speaker (preferably from Spain) to provide technical support to our small business users.
Support will be required from 9am to 5pm local time in Spain and in Spanish. While the hours are from 9am to 5pm, the support person won't be expected to work the full 8 hours each day. You will likely have ~4 hours of work per day during these times. As a result, you can balance this work with another part time role if you like.
If the candidate has some experience with cyber security products, that will be a bonus.
The candidate should have an intermediate understanding of networking and system administration along with excellent customer support skills.
We are looking for someone to start in the next 1 week for 3 months. For the right candidate, we can turn this into a permanent position.
I am a native Spanish speaker born and raised in Spain and an English proficient speaker, having worked and lived in the UK for over 10 years.
I have extensive experience in Systems Administration in Linux and Windows environments and first and third line support.
My IT experience expands to project management and programming.
