TroubleShoot Plesk

Looking for someone who can troubleshoot windows web server 2008 with plesk control panel.

For localhost 2 URL

1) https://localhost:8443/

2) http://localhost:8880/

Error Message displayed

Service Unavailable

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

For Remote host URL

1) https://myipaddress:8443/

Error Message displayed same as above.

Before the server get restart, it works fine. After the server get restart, Plesk control panel was not working and display the mention error message BUT all the domain hosted in the server works fine.

We will provide Remote Desktop Connection to fix this error and bring back Plesk control panel back online.
