Senior Developer: Symfony 2

We have an innovative SAAS and I am looking for a super-smart, motivated, organized and great programmer to take our product to the next level by improving our core product and developing new features and functions. You may see the current version of the website here: [login to view URL] and the blue button on the bottom right is the SAAS we offer to third-party websites. Please watch two or three of the videos on the home page to get a better understanding of what the product is, what it's used for and why its of value to clients. You should create a free trial account to see the client dashboard too (advisable if you are serious about working on this project), no credit card details, etc. is required. You can input dummy data just to log in and see the dashboard. We currently have a list of desired features and functions we want added into the product. Each can be from very simple (perhaps under 1 hour of work) to more complex (perhaps up to 20 hours of work). While I obviously need to know your desired hourly rate, I will be focused on the total cost per feature and that is what I will want from you initially and on an ongoing basis. You will have enough details/access and a highly defined understanding of the feature/function to quote perfectly. Required Technical Skills: - The main requirement is Symfony 2 (version 2.6) - Familiar with BackboneJS, HTML5, CSS3, LESS - Familiar with Git, Github, Composer, Bower, Grunt, and NPM. - Knowledge of Symfony CMF is a plus - Knowledge of SonataProject is a plus - Using TDD (test driven development) is a plus - Using Linux-based OS is a plus - Clean code with solid commenting - Flexible enough schedule to prioritize bugs/fixes - Thorough testing to be sure all changes work as necessary and that no other problems were caused by the changes. This is very important. We expect perfect code to be delivered. You must do your own QA. - Ability to contribute thoughts, ideas and opinions about the project to make it technically better and better for clients and end-users. - Strong command/comprehension of English This is a long-term project that will require 20 to 80+ hours per month of work. Ideally 2k-3k lines of code.... All work completed for this project will be work for hire and subject to NDA.
