Single and Multi Queue Theory Model

Hi
I need an excel simulation and model done to take input for a single and multi queue scenario and:
- Actually simulate the queue graphically over a period of set time to demonstrate what will occur
- Present the actual results in a table and in a graph
- Allow input changes in servers, procesisng time, arrival rate etc
- Present data regarding queue lenths, wait times, cost of waiting etc
- finite and infinate scenario
- need to be able to set simulation time... example 100 mins
Scenario is for a small convenience supermarket checkout to predict and demostrate number of servers.
Person would need queueing theory and statistical modelling experience/understanding and xls skills.
