Macro / program to transfer data to standardized format

I am able to convert pdf files containing claim data into excel and word. The files differ in length, but the format is the same. I need to be able to convert the excel or word file into my standardized format of tracking in excel. I want to be able to use the macro / program for any form that I get from NJ. It is always the same format it just differs in length (number of property IDs). I am uploading 3 sample excel files, one sample word file and 2 sample pdf files Not sure which will be easier for someone to write a macro or code to transfer data (highlighted in yellow) to the standardized format. I included the standardized format with pertinent fields highlighted in yellow.
