AUTOMATED SYSTEM calls to Agent 1 in Option #44 When connected, the SYSTEM SAYS - This is OZITS, Victorian Police, can you accept this call? If yes, the system connects the CLIENT and the AGENT If they hang up, the system rings Agent #2 and so on to number 20. We have an API system and cloud service that needs coding by a Developer.....
