Daily Physical Inventory Verification Application

I have this cellphone store. I want my store personnel to take physical stock of all products everyday morning and enter into a program which sends this as excel sheet to my accounts office email id where they verify it with system stock. Want to map different products to different users with login. Want this to also act as attendance manager by a timestamp in the sheet against the username. I am presently doing this using Google forms.
