1- Receive Live Video Stream through TSIP (UDP/RDP) 2- The software must detect certain text . This Text can be embedded in Black background rectangle or can be without any boundary. 3- If the Text is detected the software must send a command through TCP/IP to a device (I will send the command when the project is accepted). If the Text not detected the software must continue monitoring the live video stream 4- The software must be used for upto 10 streams together 5- Each stream must have settings (for the text - stream IP address-TCP/IP command etc...) 6- The interface must be user friendly

Sir, we are a group of three people started freelancing few days back. we have already done similar project earlier for a customer. we did character recognition of numbers in live video stream by first segmenting the characters and classifying with neural networks algorithm. We can also provide software based on openCV if you are interested, as it will be much faster compared to MATLAB. I have already worked on projects using IP Cameras like change detection, People counter, OCR. I will first start with capturing video through UDP/RDP and provide you a GUI based on MFC(Windows). We will discuss about the kind of features to consider to detect and segment the text part in the frame. Then we will do coding and add to GUI.
