Hi, I'm professional C# developer with 3 years of commercial experience and deep knowlege of language. I'm also familiar with functional programming approach which perfectly fits problems where high level of concurrency is needed. Instead of directly using threads I would like to use C# abstraction layer over concurrent operations - Task objects with async/await pattern. Nowadays it's recommended, modern way to solve asynchronous and concurrent operations. It is almost as fast as threads but it's also much more reliable and error-prone. In my commercial job I developed backend ASP.NET Web APIs, WPF frontend apps as well as AngularJS web apps. I also worked with public APIs like Google APIs. As one of my side projects I made CPU-based fractal generator (just to see how much I can squeeze out of my CPU in C#). By using early mentioned functional programming features and Tasks I managed to use my quadra core i7 at almost 100% with application UI running smoothly at the same time. I'm cheap because I'm new at freelancer.com and I want to gain good opinions for well done job. Hope you will be interested.
