VB.net Form Download

Id like to create a vb .net application so when run it automatically starts to download a file specified. The reason i want to create this little app is because I have lots of files on my server. If I can have a small app that's e.g. 500k compared to 40mb that would help me out immensely. The above information is in relation to downloading FireFox from there server from here: [login to view URL] At the moment I upload the latest version to my server then with my other software its downloaded for my clients. I don't need the auto update switched on, just need to be able to go in and specify a URL direct to the download, so it downloads to the computer quicker. This application doesn't need to be enriched with tons of content, just simple and to the point. I would prefer if you could add notes to the code on what the code is doing too, so i can learn more.
