3D Graphics - Delphi

I have an engineering program and I need a Delphi developer to incorporate some graphics. I have done extensive development and created a class thusfar but need assistance with a few things to complete the class. What I do is that I create multiple tElement class objects that contain basic coordinates of my element in local coordinate space. I then create a tScene class object and add these Elements to the Scene whilst transforming, scaling and rotating it to global coordinate space. The tScene then draws this to the canvas / panel / form using OpenGL functions. What I need is to be able to interact with this scene using a mouse. Functions required are listed below: 1) zoom, rotate and pan. 2) when I click an element I want it to return the element(s) number. 3) the coordinates are generated from multiple areas and I would ideally not want the program to read it from an external file - i.e. directly feed these coordinates into the class object. What I will need is a quote to complete this project. I will upload my code to the successful bidder.
