We need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using XML. Specifically these are the things we want to accomplish 1) Create eCQM product for one HEDIS measure CMS122 CDCDiabetes: Hemoglobin A1c Poor Control. We will only attest for one measure at this time.2) Run NCQA provided test data through the product created under #13) Ensure that Online Scoring Program (OSP) vendor results align against expected NCQA results and generates a report that lists discrepancies if not.4) Work to improve #1 in order to complete #3.
