I need you to develop blockchain for me. We will use it as a stablecoin so main features are mint & burn coins. So far I can see possible solutions how it can be done:
1) Cosmos SDK
2) Quorum
3) Fork and change logos, config of [login to view URL]
4) Your suggestions or readymade solutions
I am not interested in PoW & tokens on other platforms like ETH, WAVES etc...
Also I need GUI wallets (can be web only) & explorer.
I don’t have much time to discuss project. If you have any other questions please list them in your proposal.
Proposals without clear description what technology you will use to implement this project will be ignored. Also portfolio of similar projects is a must.
