Hello, I can develop a custom method to detect and measure the filament structures as described in the attached document. I will not use OpenCV or any other library, and the application will be written in C# Visual Studio 2017 but can be opened in Visual Studio 2015. The method will analyze the variation of the 3 color components (red, blue and green) in the image and, based on certain unique characteristics of the filaments, it will detect the areas of the filaments. I believe that this custom method will be more reliable and faster. Thanks
