Celum-digital asset management memory leak

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Java. We are using celum digital asset [login to view URL]'s framework is java j2ee and using apache tomcat as a [login to view URL] database is mysql and indexing by lucene. We have separate app and db [login to view URL] stored in celum is around 1o-15millions [login to view URL] allocated for this system is 25gb ram. Currently, we have 25o active users. Celum work as back end system for archiving document which is in tiff format. User access the system by using front end, which is integration between celum and wamp server. Celum offers open api to integrate with wamp server. Our problem is performance and celum memory [login to view URL] user facing difficulties in searching and sometimes it crashed. We are searching help for developer to enhance our performance by checking the problem happen in our system whether in celum itself or wampserver front end...we didnt mind if need to change the wampserver front end.
