We need you to develop an application to change country of apple id with balance running on [login to view URL] we can't change country/region if there is balance in Apple ID manually, we want to do it [login to view URL] you know how to make it, you are the one we are looking for. Requirement: [login to view URL] on windows platform [login to view URL]'s balance in input Apple ID [login to view URL] doesn't matter which language you use, the application can be a console exe or a python script or any other scripts as long as you can meet the function requirement 4. The inputs are Apple ID(there's balance in it), Password, and destination country, call this exe/script, then it can change country programmly. 5. We need the source code
