Write an iPhone application -- 2

Hi, I need someone to build me an application to manage my chauffeur service business. The app should allow me and my team to manage client and drivers. The users will be the management, the drivers and the clients. The app should not be native but downloadable on invitation. We should reserve the right to exclude users. My current website is [login to view URL], I would like the same person to design a simple site or a template that will tell the basics of our business. this is what I should be able to do with the app: Us The Company and Drivers - I should be able to send jobs to drivers including all the details of the client and their map location. - The drivers should be allowed to accept or refuse the job. - The Driver should be able to update the status once the job is done. - I or the drivers should be able to write comments to the job at any time and some alert should let everyone involved know. - The app should let only the adim or someone with permission to see the invoices as they go. - The app should generate some dynamic invoice that get updated as our hourly or daly rate goes one. - The app should let me see all jobs in progress etc. you see where i m going? The Clients - Clients should be able to request a driver. - The clients should be able to see the status of their driver and how long of far away they are. - the client should be able to see their invoice as they go. - Client should be able to pay by paypal automatically or a manual payment will be made by us. I think the right person for the job will know where I want to go with this. It is very straight forward.
