I need some help in fixing some minor issue in the membership management system which also has an billing module .

Issues

1. The bills are generated using Jasper . The bills get generated while running from NetBeans but when running from the jar file.

The output you get from running the program without netbeans is : Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.N

ullPointerException at [url removed, login to view]([url removed, login to view])

2. The currency numbers must be all in 3 decimal places.

Also fix any other issues thats present in the project.

The Database file and project files is attached.
