I am looking for a developer familiar with developing Video Chatting solutions.

We need one:one video chat solution for chat between web as well as mobile devices.

The chats may happen between:

1. Android Native to iOs Native (& vice Versa)

2. Android Native to Web (& Vice Versa)

3. iOs Native to Web (& Vice Versa)

4. Web to Web

Please note that we do not want complete Website or App but we just what a part of it which enables the video chat using Wowza Media Server. We also want text chat integrated in it.

Both video chat and text chat will have standard features.

The video chat will have features like:

1. Hold/Pause

2. Switching to another call or chat

3. viewing video in full screen or small size

4. Adjustable in both portrait & landscape mode in mobile device

The text chat will have feature of sending emoticons as well.

We would need the complete code at the end of the project and guidance so that we may integrate it in our main project.
