Social Media Manager Needed for Brand Awareness
We are looking to hire a Social Media Manager who can help us establish and maintain a strong online presence on Facebook. As a company, our primary goal is to build brand awareness and engage with our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy to meet business objectives.
Manage and maintain the company's Instagram and Facebook profiles.
Create and curate engaging and shareable content.
Schedule and publish posts, considering optimal posting times.
Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, and respond promptly.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a social media manager.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms.
