Social Media Management for Property Industry
£2-5 GBP / hora
I need a virtual assistant to manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Tasks will primarily consist of weekly content creation and publishing, focusing on industry news related to property. The candidate should exhibit the following:
- Expertise in managing Facebook and Instagram.
- Understanding of the property industry or ability and willingness to learn
- Skill in creating informative and engaging content about industry news and my project updates
- Punctuality and consistency in posting weekly content.
Your role will crucially involve engaging our audience with current and relevant trends in the property sector. Prior experience in a similar role will be highly valued.
In addition, the role will also include monthly bookkeeping, and expense tracking, so the candidate should:
- be able to track and consolidate expenses with bank statements
- form a profit and loss spreadsheet
You should be competent with excel and have bookkeeping experience.
In the future, there is potential for the right candidate to move into lead generation and property sourcing using a platform that can train you on and with a commission for successful leads.
