SharePoint online - app to download library contents + metadata -- 2

purpose of this new app:

- Client wants to use OneDrive to take the contents of one specific SharePoint Online document library offline, INCLUDING metadata (properties)

- The app shows a custom button in the ribbon that, when executed, combines all the metadata of library items into a single xml file called [url removed, login to view]

- It must be possible to show this button for a specific library only. - A site collection admin must have an option to select this library.

- Only users with the right to change library settings (management rights) are authorised to use this button, for other users this button will be disabled. These authorised users will also have Contribute rights, so that [url removed, login to view] can be created or overwritten if it’s already there.
