What you are bidding for:
All you are bidding for here is your cost for some consultancy and making a detailed proposal. We will give you a domain name and what we want it to appear on (it's already in the top ten), you will tell us your fixed cost consultancy proposal for how you will boost its position PLUS provide us with ten decent inbound links that are not from directories, blogs, or article sites.
IMPORTANT: So all you are bidding for is the cost of providing us with your proposal, and those ten links.
We know a bit about SEO, so if those ten links are awful, we'll know you're not the person for us.
What we are NOT looking for in the ultimate proposal:
-We are not interested in unending per month commitments, it must be a fixed cost proposal for a certain amount of work on your behalf. If you never provide these, please don't bid for the chance to make a proposal, you'll never get chosen ultimately.
-We are not looking for boiler-plate solutions like an avalanche of directory submissions or article submissions. We want someone with a brain who can think.
If you "get" SEO, and you understand how to acquire inbound links, AND if you're reliable and a good communicator then I would very much like to hear your proposal.
This is "wholesale" work, not retail - we have a LOT more work for consultants that can prove themselves to be good at their job and a pleasure to work with.
