SEO LinkBuilding Project - 150 Quality Links

I am looking for 150 quality, relevant permanent one-way back-links from pages with PR3 or more for my link from Australian, UK and USA sites (30-40 links to one country).

Requirements for sites:

1. .au, .uk, .us or .com domains

2. Website shall be in ENGLISH language

3. Domain age at least 2 years

4. Site must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.

5. Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.

6. Industry-related directories, website advertising, social media marketing, forum, articles, blogs

Requirements for link/page:

1. Links must be dofollow, permanent and static HTML.

2. Link pages and text links must be visible and indexable.

3. Links must be strictly from PR3 to PR5 pages (PR of the actual page where the link is placed, not home page).

4. The page where you will put my link should not have more than 20 external links

5. Page should not be excluded by [url removed, login to view], or any other indexing restrictions.

I have right to reject URLs that do not comply with the guidelines below:

GUIDELINES:

* PR5 = 25, PR4 = 50, PR3 = 75

* Only 1 link from 1 domain, more than 1 link from single domain, subpages or its subdomain will be counted 1 link

* No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, non-original content, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc.

* No links from: Non-related industry DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, comments, torrent sites, from guest books, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, etc.

* No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing.

* No links from "under construction" pages.

* No sites which ask for money later.

* No use of automated software or bots.

* No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages.

* No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.

* No link farms and link exchanges

REPORTING:

1 URLs of pages where we can find the live links (all links will be tested)

2 dates when posted

3 Anchor text used

4 Google PR of the link page

5 IP of link page

25% milestone will be created upon starting of work and 100% payment will be released upon job completion.
