Basic marketing for video site

We are looking to get some very basic backlink marketing done on our site: [url removed, login to view] We have a video sports blooper website and since it is very new there has been nothing completed with regard to SEO yet. We require a talented marketer to manually submit our site to 250 directories with a PR higher than 1. The links must be dofollow and must be one-way permanent. In addition we also require 100 PR1-PR6 dofollow niche related permanent backlinks on high traffic sites, again one way only. I will require these links be anchored via 3 or 4 different keyword terms which I will supply. I will provide the keywords and will welcome all input with regards to suitability.
