Project for SoftwareTester

I am looking for FreddyHo to complete a project that he started for me but didn't finish.

Project is a vba script that randomly distributes numbers based on user's input.

Programmer initially agreed to do the job and I was very pleased with his work

but stopped communicating and I was left with a vba script that was coded dependent

on java and a TIME LIMITATION was put on the script disallowing me to further

evaluate the script to test the validity of the formulas.

I only want to deal with Honest and Hardworking freelancers; who are up to do the work and get paid. Scope of the project may change here and there but I am willing to pay for these changes.

This project is very important and I am simply looking to get it finished. Most of the work is done.

Freddyho if you could finish this incomplete project that would be wonderful otherwise;

I am looking for a programmer that wants to commit to a long term relationship and who can complete this vba script and REMOVE THE JAVA DEPENDENCY.

I have detailed instructions on how the script is to be run as well as the partially completed scripting in vba.

I AM LOOKING TO FORM A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP, WITH OTHER JOBS SUCH AS THIS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING
