1. main installer will detect the presense of .NET framework 1.1 (this check will happen after all the normal wizard pages have been answered and just before the other files are installed) 2. if .NET framework 1.1 is not present the installer will pause the installer operations then launch an IE session pointing to Microsoft web site for .NET installation. 3. Once the user has completed the .NET installation the main installer will resume. 3. the main installer will install all the other files listed in the zip file (4 total). 4. it will also register the dll (in the zip file) using GAC registration 5. it must have the ability to uninstall those same two applications 6. I do not have a baseline version of this installer you must create it from scratch. 7. I need this project done ASAP. This project must be completed within 24 hours of you accepting the project. If you do no deliver the program within 24 hours of you accepting the project I will cancel the project and leave a poor review.
