What you will do:
• Lead Generation
o Design and implement email marketing campaigns including, A/B testing, scheduling, marketing, triggers, lifecycle, and transactional emails
o Work closely with the Sales team to continuously generate leads and opportunities for new client acquisition
o Build, grow and maintain an accurate database of prospects per ideal client profile
o Be proficient in using various on-line tools, directories, and websites such as LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, and similar to identify prospects
o Communicate with prospects via calls, emails, and social channels to convert them from prospects to lead
• Market Research
o Conduct market research for specific industries to add prospects to sales funnel
o Gather and organize competitive analysis of various companies' market offerings, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation (SWOT)
o Work with sales to determine needs and key pain points with potential clients
o Propose improvements and positioning changes based on market research
• Sales and Marketing Support
o Seek and provide information to sales managers during new business negotiations
o Manage leads by tracking and following up with prospects and leads
o Participate in the process of creating proposals, presentations, and RFPs
• Analytics and Reporting
o Monitor campaigns performance vs. KPIs and provide standardized reporting
o Provide actionable insights and opportunities to optimize campaign performance
o Collect, organize, and prepare data into actionable reports and recommendations
o Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
o Review all inbound leads and prioritize for sales managers
