We are looking for larger call centers with Inbound, Outbound Telecalling and Chat capability (10+ Seats Only)

Our fast income generating hosting and web development require sales, all you have to do is answer the phone or chat with the opportunity and have client walk through our website, that is it.

Hosting:

Average transaction per agent is 10 to 12 transactions per day and we pay $2.00 to $5.00 commissions for per transactions. Each phone call (CLIENT) can generate 3 to 5 transactions in one session. So 5 clients for per agent a day can easily generate 50 transactions per day.

If per agent closes 8 - 10 transactions in 8 hours and 10 agents could generate 80 Transactions Per Day.

For 26 Day X 80 Transactions = 2080 Transactions Per Month

2080 Transactions X $4 (Average Per Transaction) = $8320.00 Per Month

Web Designing:

Average transaction per agent is 5 to 10 transactions per day and we pay $5.00 to $30.00 commissions for per transactions. Each phone call (CLIENT) can generate 3 to 5 transactions in one session. So 3 clients for per agent a day can easily generate 30 transactions per day.

If per agent closes 3 transactions in 8 hours and 10 agents could generate 30 Transactions Per Day.

For 26 Day X 30 Transactions = 780 Transactions Per Month

780 Transactions X $20 (Average Per Transaction) = $15,600.00 Per Month

Total: $8,320.00 + $15,600.00 = $23,920.00 Per Month for 10 seats

Your Jobs…

1.) Handle Pre-Sale Questions

2.) Start PROACTIVE chats with clients browsing out site ( Meaning that you will pull a client into a chat while they are looking at our website )

3.) Handle Billing Questions ( We use [url removed, login to view] )

4.) Handle Refunds

5.) Handle Support Questions

6.) Staff Yahoo and AIM along with our live chat on our website ( we will give you screen names for Yahoo and AIM )

7.) You MUST respond to ALL support emails within 20 minutes MAX ( All emails are logged, and time stamped )

Qualifications

1.) Experienced with cPanel / Whm

2.) Experienced System Admin

3.) Provide 24/7 Staffing

4.) Have a priority phone number for me to call 24/7 to speak directly with the person staffing live chat at that present moment.

Here is the part that we can not stress enough… We need someone who can be online every minute of every single day! We promise you that we will check at least twice per day everyday at different hours to verify that you are online AND that you are answering chat requests in a timely manner.
