Experienced Sales Associate Needed – Sporting goods Ecommerce Store We are looking for a experienced English speaking telephone Sales Representative. We are looking for a natural sale person, someone who uses knowledge of products to sell the product. Your duties initially will be the following: - Answer inbound calls from customers for various websites. - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers who contact us or old customers that have not placed orders. We do both wholesale and retail. - Filter through emails for sales questions and answer them accordingly. - On downtime you will need to update “best selling” products with proper description, specification and upsell or cross sell info. You will be trained on how to do this. - For orders that we have already received, you will need to research our database for a suitable substitute and offer the customer different items to make the sale. - Be in contact with purchasing department as to what is selling and what needs to be ordered based on knowledge acquired through talking to customers and answering questions. - Provide feedback to management and purchasing about adjust prices to match competitors. Skills & Computer Requirements: - Perfect Spoken English - written is obviously a MUST. Grammar, spelling and composition of emails will always be monitored. - High speed internet minimum of 10mbps download speed is needed. - Strong Sales skills and experience required. Please let me know what type of products you have sold and have experience with. Pay will really depend on experience and how fast you pick up knowledge.
