Ruby on Rails Developer for a Financial Reporting Software Company

We are a start-up company, based in North America, but already with a globally-located customer base. We offer a global financial reporting solution that integrates with existing ERP systems and allows customers to produce flexible, accurate management, consolidated and statutory financial reports.
We are looking for a full-stack Ruby on Rails developer with experience of one or more of the following functional areas or technologies: Accounting, Multi-Language Architecture, API's and Data Integration, LaTex.
Location is unimportant as we work virtually. We would highly prefer someone looking for a longer-term assignment. Strong English is highly preferred due to the possible and occasional requirement to interact directly with customers.
