First of all, I would like know: 1) Is this offline or online work. 2) Do you have any HR policies in place and I would have to develop all necessary documentation.
However, I have the qualification and experience to undertake all HR jobs such as recruitment, selection, training, development, performance appraisal, attendance etc. I have a vast exposure in using online HRMIS to organise and manage employees of more than 1000 staff strength.
Once the project is offered me. I will provide management with needs assessment and staff establishment which will form a basis for succession planning. This will then be followed by templates for appointment letters, disciplinary procedures etc.
