We are dedicated to providing our customers with unmatched support where customer focus will always exceed our customer’s’ expectations. This position will encompass the areas of technical support, billing and sales for a full life-cycle customer experience. The customer is not always right, but we will always resolve issues professionally and effectively with unmatched expertise. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing the information required promptly. Must be the “Public Face” of KwiKom, acting as a Customer Liaison by communicating effectively with customers, always exceeding their service expectations and building customer “best practices” for the KwiKom brand. Must quickly diagnose, prioritize, and troubleshoot internal/external issues with proven multi-tasking abilities, including distinguishing between customer network and KwiKom connection issues, ensuring users have access to network systems, applications and services. Perform basic internal sales and dispatch functions, including answering customer questions about available service, upselling and scheduling installs. Assist customers with basic billing assistance, including taking payments, account explanations/adjustments. Revise existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new technological requirements. Perform administrative tasks that support client contact and excellent follow-up. Perform other related duties as required and directed. Must be team oriented and have great communication [login to view URL]: High school diploma required, experience in customer service is a plus but not required, we will train the right [login to view URL]: Must be able to acquire knowledge of KwiKom technical support customer service standards. A+ or Network+ certifications preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of e-mail, multi line phone system, and networking solutions. Must possess knowledge and skills in executing business correspondence and be able to proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy. Must have the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility. Must have proven ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment Must demonstrate personal accountability to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple interruptions, and meet deadlines while working with a flexible schedule to manage time effectively. I'm here to excel at whatever i do and do every job with excellence and honesty. I'm a very passionate person and work is essential to me. I have a total of 6 years work experience, started as a customer service representative for Telecommunication company UK Campaign for a year and a half, I have then moved on to start as a sales agent for a housing company in contact with US companies and businesses who are attending exhibitions secure their hotel accommodations for lower prices, i have worked my way up to be a sales manager in 3 years and have developed a native american accent. My 6 year journey has been very passionate, I have learned a lot and i'm very thankful for every step i have taken. Being a customer service representative can teach a person a lot and transitioning into the sales world was just great! I do have access to make and receive calls to and from the US and Canada.

I was in the call center industry for almost 10 years. I was a telemarketer, a sales closer, a customer service rep for a Telco company, a technical support rep for one of the Fortune 500 companies int he US, a National Senior Analyst for a merchant company in Canada, a Business Development Specialist for a domain registrar and a hosting and online solutions provider in Australia. All of these experiences needed me to be in an office. It was okay of course. Got a job and just living the life. But when my son was born, I was not able to take care of him. Now he'll be 6 in 2 months and I just want to be able to provide him a good life and be able to take care of him at the same time. I am the person who can believe in practical things not verbally. now at that particular time it’s not enough for a person to gain only technical skills because I personally thought if a person gonna serve his 3 to 5 years he should gonna get technical skills it does not matter the capability of the students but now students have to work on soft skills which is plays more important role in our life. Dear Hiring manager I have been in the International BPO industry for 4 years. My last position was a Sr customer care officer . I have worked with E-Clerx Pvt Ltd for 3 years in customer service operation Comcast process.(US Audience) I was taking care of customer queries and product sales over the phone, chats , emails and making excel sheets,google sheets,data mining which was relate to the Comcast account. Now I want to utilise my past experience of BPO and I want to work as Freelancer, looking for long term business here. I don't have A+ certificate but I am quick learner. I have Excellent Word, Excel, Google docs and Google sheets skills - I have Excellent verbal/written English (US Audience) - I can Perform simple data entry tasks, Just having that said is enough for me to be hired on my field of expertise which is customer service.
