This position will encompass the areas of technical support, billing and sales for a full life-cycle customer experience. The customer is not always right, but we will always resolve issues professionally and effectively with unmatched expertise. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing the information required promptly. Must be the “Public Face” of KwiKom, acting as a Customer Liaison by communicating effectively with customers, always exceeding their service expectations and building customer “best practices” for the KwiKom brand. Must quickly diagnose, prioritize, and troubleshoot internal/external issues with proven multi-tasking abilities, including distinguishing between customer network and KwiKom connection issues, ensuring users have access to network systems, applications and services. Perform basic internal sales and dispatch functions, including answering customer questions about available service, upselling and scheduling installs. Assist customers with basic billing assistance, including taking payments, account explanations/adjustments. Revise existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new technological requirements. Perform administrative tasks that support client contact and excellent follow-up. Perform other related duties as required and directed. Must be team oriented and have great communication [login to view URL]: High school diploma required, experience in customer service is a plus but not required, we will train the right [login to view URL]: Must be able to acquire knowledge of KwiKom technical support customer service standards. A+ or Network+ certifications preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of e-mail, multi line phone system, and networking solutions. Must possess knowledge and skills in executing business correspondence and be able to proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy. Must have the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility. Must have proven ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment Must demonstrate personal accountability to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple interruptions, and meet deadlines while working with a flexible schedule to manage time effectively.
