I NEED AN EXPERIENCED WEB DEVELOPER who knows about OLD and OUTDATED FRAMEWORKS/CODES/FUNCTIONS which are typically NOT used for web development anymore...
IN example FLASH IS NOT used anymore... but there is many other codes/languages/functions which are also NOT used any more when it comes to web development and MODERN WEBSITES...
I NEED this to be CRITERIA to be CREATED in a LIST FORM... basically any type of codes which were used in the early 90s up to 2012.... anything which would make a website OUTDATED or UNSECURE can also be added to the criteria. Any fucntion, any code, any language which is no longer a COMMON PRACTICE or used in the creation of new websites...
Once i have this criteria LIST, i can develop the program I need.
ALL I need is a CRITERIA LIST to be created with what i mentioned above but it needs to be very specific!
