From your project description, I can deduce that you need the 3D design and rendering of an interior space. Work would be divided into two phases: 1. 3D design actualization ($122) 2. 3D visualization image ($100 per shot) (price may be negotiated) I use Vray for sketchup not 3Dsmax, but its hardly an issue.
