3D model for a 3D print

We need a 3D Model for a 3D print. The figure is a character on a pedestal. See [login to view URL]
We have a 2D full colored file from the character in the front and the back. You need to Model the character from the original file.
For an example how could the file looks like, look at the [login to view URL]
The figure should be max. 10cm high (3.937 inches) and the pedestal max 5cm high (1.968 inches)
This Project contains more character, if we choose you, you can make 4 till 8 differen models of character.
But first is only for one 3D model
We need one of this 3D filetypes for the 3D model:
VRML2/97 (*.wrl), *.3DS, *.ply, *.obj, *.stl, *.zpr, *.stp, *.dxf, *.asc, *.igs, *.model, *.prt, *.X_t, *.exp, *.CATPart
