Implement a reinforcement learning algorithm in tensorflow in python

I am in need of a machine learning engineer with a good background in reinforcement learning and tensorflow in python. I would like him to implement an algorithm that solves the following issue. Also I will provide an example of an algorithm that solves the similar issue. I would like him to implement similar algorithm to solve my problem. Following is the description of the problem. I have the following dataframe: col1 col2 col3 col4 0 0 na 1 5 1 8 1 3 na 2 na na 3 9 3 4 na 6 9 4 5 na 3 na Here is my list: my_list = [30.0, 96.3] 1. The algorithm tries to changes one or more values in the dataframe. 2. With each change made to dataframe, the values in my list change. For example, changing index1, col1 value from `8` to `9` will change the value of my_list to be: my_list = [25.5, 96.3] 3. The goal is to change the values in dataframe in such a way that the i get the values in my_list to be: my_list = [30.00, 45.54] ------------------------------------------------------------------ The algorithm should try changing random values in dataframe and the rewards will be how far is it away from achieving the values in the `my_list`. Eventually it should be able to find the right values for dataframe to achieve the desired values in my list. -----------------------------------------------------------------
