I have a complected Python script that i want to make simpler

i have a Python script that scrape data from online website, the script works in this way right now 1) the script runs the cronjob each 30 minutes 2) it logs into a firebase database to read the username and password 3)the scraped data saved on the firebase database 4) as the script mainly works on windows, it uses flask to copy the data from Firebase to google sheet when certain url is called the script works fine but each few days it stops so my plan would be to change how the project is working to make it more prone errors 1) the program will run on windows 2) the program runs once each hour automatically 3) it logs on the website while have the username and password hard codeded in the code rather than all firebase step(i will need to be able to change the USER name/password) and reads the data, this part i think you can use the old code without any changes as it used to work without any problems 4) then program will use google sheet api to send the data to certain google sheet(will need to be able to change this sheet as well), this part of code is available as well but may need very small changes to remove reading the data from Firebase 5) i need the program to run with one click I will have very little experience and can not load libraries or do any step to make it start working 6)i do not want to include the fire base part or the part where i call the python code running on my PC from web app so actually i am trying to make the code simpler so that it run smoothly if you can make this happen, please let me know, i have 2 very similar tasks that extracts different reports from the same website
