I used python to control experiments during my PhD studies and during my work as a researcher. I propose to have database of names stored in the text files prepared according to the any additional constraints you have. The program would than read the files and used them to randomly mixed or modified the names or address. The existence of files will ensure, that the selected names are realistic. However, I have question about the departure times and arrival times. I expect, that you require just random generation of times, where arrival time is after departure time (hours? days?) Is this correct assumption or do you require system to check, the times with maps, public transports, etc. ? I expect that development of the program will be finished in 1day after I start.
