Project Title: Dolphin API, proxies, GUI

I'm using Dolphin, a tool that mimics Chrome and supports Selenium. It can create a huge number of profiles like Chrome. I need an automation to assign a proxy for each one of them, along with a feature that checks proxies from a list, examines the output IP, assigns it to a profile, and records the output IP to ensure that it is unique for the profile and not used in another one.

Additionally, I want to create a GUI where the user can enter a new profile name. The bot will then create a Dolphin profile, assign a new proxy, check if the output IP is unused in another profile, and if everything is in order, definitively assign the proxy to this new profile.

Occasionally, a proxy may become inactive, and upon user action, the bot will check the proxy and replace it. Each profile can have multiple proxies (both active and inactive), and the bot can save multiple proxies used for this profile, rotating among them upon user action. Keep in mind that "inactive" doesn't imply permanent inactivity; a proxy could become active again at a later time.
