I need a python based script to send bulk sms to a batch of recipients from a .txt file. SMS provider: D7 networks API Documentation: [login to view URL] I can provide the basic script i created for 1 recipient send. I will need you to upgrade my current script to make it send it MULTI recipients - BULK SMS the recipients will be provided in a .txt file, the script will need to send to each number on each line. throttle send limit - 150 SMS per second You will need to add a limited for 150 numbers per second strict deadline 1hour this is a simple task shouldnt take more than 15-30minutes.
