Magento expert

i have a two problem in magento (V 1.6.1);

we have 6 types of tax for diferents costumers

.-the problem is if we or a costumer change some date of his profile , when you go to save the profile everytime the costumer is save in type 1 (default mode)

.-the second problem is if i export the CVS data base, when i import again to magento we cant; the error said: can not find required colums: email, _website
