I have two documents which needs to be edited and proofread and combined into one piece of writing. One document is 1120 word count and other is 1178 word count. It has content for website pages like About Us, Packages etc. Third document is for showcasing my portfolio on website/App which is 1267 word count.
REMEMBER------------- I will be single Teacher in my app/website that too for Biology!!!
So, while editing portfolio on my app/website use appropriate VOICE and PRONOUNS.
To check that the text:

is coherent and consistent
forms a meaningful whole
is clearly expressed
is accurate in the information it provides
has an appropriate tone
is concise
makes its purpose clear
is targeted towards the reader
Proofread-
to spot and correct errors in:
spelling
typography
grammar, punctuation and use of language
style and format anything missed at the editing stage
