I need a C language programmer

I am an Electrical Engineering student who had not slept in two days.

I need some help with writing my codes.

Two problems: Median and Matrix.

I have no idea what the median wants us to do, but I can send you the homework detail and the files.

For matrix problem

The goal is:

| 1 0 0 |

| 0 1 0 |

| 0 0 1 |

The goal is to make a matrix that has diagonal of ones and the rest is zero.

(there is matrix.h file and other files attached to help run the code)

I wrote the pivot code, and now two are remaining.

I wrote RowEchelon (bottom part of the matrix to be zero)

but I think there is an error in it.

And there is another one called reduce echelon row for the upper the diagonal line to be zeros.
