Website Requirement Scope
we are looking for a platform/programmer who built up a B2B & B2C marketplace for multi local service providers. The aim of the platform is to provide a user friendly marketplace for vendors to offer different services (mainly food) as well as for industry companies to tender for bids for a special day/[login to view URL] most of the service will take place at the buyers (customers) home (fine dining)
website
clean and structured look, user-friendly and responsive design (multi device)
search:
local, range/vicinity and availability
user can make open request/offer for a special service / day / budget
sorted by price, nearest, qualification
preferably: local unavailable vendors, should show up in the end of the list
booking:
booking a service for a special day, is only possible if based on vendors availability. the vendors can manage their own schedule in their profile calendar. a calendar synchronization would be nice.
most of the booking are „request for a Quote“ if the vendor isn’t available or doesn’t’ use his calendar.
payment:
only escrow payment (mangopay) and cash on delivery
all on a commission/fee system
the admin holds the payment on till the buyer gives his ok.
invoice:
vendor need to upload pdf the invoice for the buyer on the platform.
the admin sends only receipt for the payment income & outcome
preferably option: individual invoice for buyer can be created by vendor (with tax number, adress) directly with user friendly interface on the website (pdf will be created on website)
vendor
service location & range. the vendor should manage service bases and service coverage
travel expenses. enable vendors to determine the cost of travel to the service location.
vendor can be certified (degree certification, additional documents) by upload documents. Verification by admin
preferably: every vender get a subdomain [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]
