Need Two Urgent Java Programs Being Done

There are two Java programs, small-scale, should be able to complete in 1 to 3 days, even a Degree student can do it, but I want a Experienced Java Programmer to complete it smartly, which means to use the shortest possible coding and best algorithm to complete it.

I myself is also a coder but I don't have time and it's urgent, another request is if you could, meet me or by other means, explain to me your coding of them, let me understand the logic behind your codes.
