Hello, Your requirement is quite clear and straightforward to implement. The structure of the required xml document is described in detail in bulk upload specification so no questions. If you're planning to use this tool continously I suggest you to use an internal datastore to track which jobs are uploade. The reason is it's clearly specified in the document that duplicate jobs should not be uploaded. Instead, once the initial bulk upload is done future xml files should only contain new jobs. Still, if you prefer the tool get all the jobs from your site while creating the xml document that's totally fine, I just wanted to mention that note in the spec. I can start immediately and expect to be done within the next 24 hours, still the deadline is 48 hours leaving room for testing and any potential issue. I can either use c# to implement a desktop application or php to create this as a script, whichever is suitable for you. Thanks Aydin
