Need create independent shipping rate plugin for WooCommerce v4.2.2 - estimate shipping by postal code- ( for Canada only for now) ---- A1A - A9A ( from A1A, A2A, A3A...A9A = $38) etc. - estimate items in shopping card- Example: : 1 Item price is $10 delivery to A1A 2B3 = $21 Total: $31 2 items Price x 2 = $20 delivery to A1A 2B3 x 2 = $42 Total: $62 ETC... in plugin page should add/modify: delivery price for postal code range for ex: price range for A1A till A9A = $21 price range for B1B till B9B = $37 ... price range for X1X till X9X = $39 Have already existing plugin which estimate delivery price but not summarize items( if needed) Timeframe: 1 day maximum. Can Provide Price range list with postal codes

Hello Sir, this plugin cannot be created in 1 day. I need 4 days to complete this job. I will create a plugin where an admin page will be provided for admin to configure rates for different postal code ranges and that be calculated when user adds product to the cart and depending on the postal code selected by them.
